strategy development, business plan writing, CD-ROM presentation,
and video production
In
2001, Intraline was an early-stage communications company
that was soliciting investors. Previously prepared business
plans were traditional, but the company was not. Management
asked us to rethink every aspect of the presentation,
and expand it to be Web browser-based, including an 11-minute
video shot in several locations, preparing the financial
spreadsheets for maximum clarity, and creating a theme and
graphic look that would apply to every componenteven
a new corporate logo was designed. A unique tree of
information evolved, from which the organization of information
was developed.
We
duplicated and labeled the CD-ROMs, which contained the video,
the interactive business plan, and a printable version of
the business plan in two versions: one for investors, the
other for prospective clients
